Posted On: 09/14/2023 WORST DENTAL OFFICE FOR GENERAL CLEANING! This dental location will be reported. I came in for a cleaning and fill in. They told me first they can’t do the fill in the same day. Then I said fine we can do the cleaning, the cleaning was ONLY 2 MINS. What cleaning is 2 mins. Then to tell me I need gum treatment, that I am receiving on the outside. I had laser gum surgery and I do my periodontal maintenance as well. First of all if I needed gum treatment why is my gums not swollen and bleeding because, I am doing what I need to do for my teeth with a Periodontist who specializes in GUM DISEASE. Not a General Dentist. General cleanings are about 20 mins long. This is unbelievable and I will report this dental office they should be out of business trying to scam people and insurance. A complaint was also filed with my insurance company as well. I am refusing to have my insurance pay for 2 mins of a so called cleaning. Yovanna R
