Posted On: 12/29/2020 I was told my procedure would cost $2000 and my insurance doesn't cover. Called my insurance and they told me that they do cover the procedure. The front desk didn't even bother to check what my coverage with the insurance was!! Then they give me a run around for my refund! Horrible front desk staff and was never seen by a dentist only hygienist! Save your time and go somewhere else Maria R

Posted On: 10/13/2020 Lincoln family dental care is by far the best medical attention I have received for orthodontics work, the personnel there are professional efficient and accountable , Stephany has always been on top of my care providing even last minute emergencies appointments as needed , I feel at home and safe putting my teeth under the care of the Doctors that form part of this office . I made an appointment and they canceled it without notifying me and when I called to find out why the lady on phone said we don’t need patients like me because I question why they would cancel an appointment I made 2 week prior. I would not recommend anyone go here after I wasted a month and still didn’t get the Root canal which my insurance approved a month before my appointment which they cancel. Shalisa A
