Posted On: 07/25/2019 I went into this office a few weeks ago to ask some questions about insurances and hours of operation. I spoke with a nice young lady with blonde hair and purple glasses at the front desk. She was very informative. She asked when I was available to come in and before I could answer, another employee interrupted her asking if I could stay on that day. I told her no and tried to set up an appointment with the front desk. The woman kept interrupting the girl at the front to get me to stay. I explained that I had to go to work and would prefer to come in on one of my days off and that I will make an appointment for another day. As I attempted to give my information, I heard the woman mumble something to another employee that I do not wish to repeat and decided to go elsewhere. I hope this is not a common practice or more people are going to walk away. Devin C

I was in severe pain, I made an appointment to be seen earlier when I get to the office I was told A different story that my appointment wasn’t till two more days . I was in severe pain no one cares to apologize didn’t even try to accommodate me, The dentist was standing right at the front desk didn’t even acknowledge that I was in pain or he didn’t care but Heard me saying I am in pain . One of the front desk staff was like well it’s only two more days but I I’m in severe pain, Didn’t even said sorry for messing up my appointment. Will not be going here again nor my daughter. I work in a doctors office I’ve never treated a patient like that like I was crazy and not apologizing for Their mistakes. Saleema S

They gave me suggestions to better my health without making me feel like I was being pressured into spending money. Yvette was super friendly. I believe he took advantage of their lack of knowledge in the field and performed many unnecessary procedures. To this day I'm still suffering from the side effects of his work. A J

Posted On: 02/26/2019 Absolutely terrible. I arrived 15 min early like they asked. My first appointment this hygienist Will made me feel SO uncomfortable! He treated me, a 26 year old woman like a child. Spoke to me in a seriously condescending tone. Almost judging me, and let me tell you I was VERY excited to have his hands in my mouth after that. So they book me another appointment two weeks from then, confirm my appointment the day after, then call me the day of to tell me there's been an emergency and can't see me for another 2 weeks. This INSURANCE written all over it. Terrible people, they don't care about you they care about your pockets.

On that note if you have stellar insurance go to these offices! I'm sure they'll treat you like royalty. If you're lower class, just trying to better yourself and your life, go somewhere else that cares. Kiska B

Posted On: 02/15/2019 My dentist was not available so unfortunately I came here becuse my crown came off. I knew the ratings but thought what could go wrong but i was wrong. They are just terrible. First they said I dont have an appointment, than I showed them my confirmation. Then they said they will charge me money for cementing the crown. I told them my previous doctors never charged me for this. And the lady said than you should go to that doctor. Talha M

Posted On: 02/12/2019 I've had to wait in places for 3 hours and those places still get a better rep than my time here. Friendly, sure, kinda. Frustrated? Maybe. Had 2 cleanings in one week, went here first, i don't know any better. The second place i went to felt like they did the actual cleaning that was missed here. Very clear obvious misses were corrected. Cleaning aspects that would take months to get there on their own. Upon calling to ask for the X-Rays that were giving there was a very big sense of resistance and the delivery of them were so poor i had to do them again. That is it. Harry B

Met Dr. Weiss on my way out was very a humble guy. My only wish is they had a office closer to where I live (Valley stream). But thank you to Fred,Rosie and Sochi,great job guys. Daniel K

Posted On: 04/08/2018 This place doesn’t even deserve 0.5 star. Extremely unorganized. Schedule wrong follow up appointments & made me waste my time !!! More than once ! The call center and the actual dental office are never on the same page. Finding a new dentist! Staff are also rude. I’m highly disappointed with all of my visits there, they are never on time & always have an excuse for everything. Never going back there. Rachel Diana R

Posted On: 01/16/2018 I had my crown fell out around 6pm and I rushed immediately to the clinic to have it fixed. The doctor fixed my crown with ease and it was so fast I never expected it would be done immediately. Highly recommended!!! :) Dennis L
